Public limited company · autonomous enterprise

Companies that
run themselves.

We incorporate real businesses, instantiate agents to operate them, and keep humans in the boardroom — not the queue. A holding company for the post-labor firm.

Why a PLC

Not a lab. Not a consultancy. A company that owns companies that operate themselves.

01

Labor does not scale. Agents do.

Every industrial company still rents human attention by the hour to do work that is already specified. We treat that work as software: deploy it, observe it, replace it when it fails.

02

The corporation is a protocol.

Incorporation, ledgers, customer ops, fulfillment, support — these are state machines with a fiduciary wrapper. We run the machines. Directors hold the wrapper.

03

Own the company, not the tool.

We do not sell copilots to other firms. We found and own the firms. Returns accrue to the PLC, not to a seat license.

The Floor: a night operations room with a wall of live company dashboards

The Floor

A few humans. Every company we own.

Exception desks, not departments. If an agent surprises the charter, a director is already on the loop.

How instantiation works

Protocol

Incorporate. Instantiate. Operate. Compound.

01

Incorporate

Legal spine

A real company: directors, accounts, insurance, a bank. Not a demo tenant. The Clerk files what a company secretary used to file.

02

Instantiate

Day zero

Agents receive the charter, the market, the constraints. Inventory, dispatch, support, and books come online the same morning the entity exists.

03

Operate

The Floor

Humans watch exceptions. Agents run the rest. Every action is logged, reversible, and attributable — like a trading desk, not a chat window.

04

Compound

PLC

Cash and learning return to the holding company. The next instantiation starts warmer. Shareholders own the stack, not a single product.

Portfolio

Operating companies. Not slideware.

Governance

Empty chairs are the point.

The board meets. The agents do not vote. Fiduciary duty stays human because the law still requires a neck to put the necklace on. We built the PLC so that remains true after the operating layer is no longer staffed like a factory.

How we are held

Capital

Own the stack, not a seat license.

When the PLC is ready to take outside capital, it will be as a company — not as a round of tool credits. Write the desk.
